marketing for food hubs

About the creator

Hi, I'm Eva. I got into food hubs because I'm a practical thinker, and they're a practical solution to integrating more local foods into our food system. I stayed interested in food hubs because my experience as a marketing director can help solve a very tricky problem: how to maintain source identification all the way to the end-user, to further our communities' understanding and appreciation of locally-owned and locally-grown foods. This marketing resource hub is the capstone project of my NYU Food Studies master's degree.
